This floor apartment of 50 m² with terrace boasts wifi, air conditioning, heating and ironing facilities. The living room has a LCD TV with USB port. The independent kitchen is equipped with kitchenware, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It has a bedroom with double bed and TV. In the bathroom you can enjoy a jacuzzi bath. The building is located near the grace railway station. So, can delve into this bohemian neighborhood and visit the small squares, go out to eat in the many restaurants in the area or go shopping in the classic freedom market. You can take the railway itself there and get to the center of the city at tansolo 5 minutes. If you prefer to walk, in a short walk get to Paseo de Gracia, where you can visit the modernist houses: Batlló and Pedrera.
