Apartment reserved only for people with reduced mobility and accompanying persons. With a surface area of 51 m², it is located on the first floor with an elevator and can accommodate up to 3 people, in a residence adapted to the needs of the physically disabled. You will find a double bedroom with 2 single beds, large wardrobe and TV, and another single bedroom. Living room overlooking a nice little balcony to enjoy the Barcelona sun. The open-plan kitchen is wheelchair-friendly, and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher and a breakfast bar. The bathroom is completely adapted too, with a shower with bench and grab bars and raised toilets. Height of WC: 47 cm (bathroom elevator available), Washbasin height: 83 cm. To ensure the well-being of the residents you will find: a suitable gym, therapeutic pool and a physiotherapist, a multipurpose room with TV and wifi for your family reunions and other activities, elevators (cabins of 120 × 140 cm and 210 x 140 cm). The apartments are obviously completely flat, the doors are sliding and offer a wide passage. All electrical outlets are accessible from an armchair. Finally, you will have access to air conditioning and underfloor heating with separate thermostats for each room.
