This apartment is located in the area of Gràcia. This area has lots of independent shops and cosy cafés and restaurants. There are lots of plazas to relax and socialise in. Park Güell is close to the flat, one of the city’s most popular and beautiful attractions. You will be well connected to the rest of the city via Av. Tibidabo station (L7).

Upon receiving the apartment keys you will not be asked to pay any deposit.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 15:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 20:00h have an additional charge of 50 €. Arrivals after 22:00h have an additional charge is €100. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
