Cozy apartment has a great location in a nice building with elevator. It has a useful surface of 52m2 distributed in a spacious living room, 2 large single rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with bath and a small patio with a washing machine. Also you will have Wi-Fi, refrigerator and microwave.

The apartment is located in the heart of Vila de Gracia. It is situates next to Paseo de gracia and Corsica street. It is one of the favourite areas for locals people, to have a drink with friends or stroll as a couple, bars, shops, art and architecture etc. This area attracts lots of tourists and visitors at any time of the year.

Tourist Tax:

A tourism tax of 2.48 per person per night is not included in the price. Children aged 16 years or less are exempt. The tax is applicable up to 7 nights. The contact person takes the responsibility to collect and pay this tax.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 15:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 20:00h have an additional charge of 20 €. Arrivals after 22:00h have an additional charge is €50. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
