Form of payment upon arrival: Credit card. Rentals with a duration of more than 3 months will be charged on arrival for the first 2 months. The rest can be paid each month depending on the guarantees offered.

Others: The cost of supplies is estimated to be €225/month. Upon arrival customers will need to make a reading of the relevant meters. The actual expenditure may be higher or lower than the estimate depending on level of consumption.

Deposit:

Upon receiving the apartment keys you will be asked to pay a deposit of € 600.

Payment method: Credit card. Refund: Last day in the accommodation.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 14:00 h. Early arrivals not accepted. Late arrivals are not allowed. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 12:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
