This recently renovated apartment has a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and TV. The patio doors lead out onto a balcony with an outdoor table and 2 chairs. The spacious independent kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc) and has a dining table with 4 chairs. There are 2 twin bedrooms with storage space. The apartment has 1 bathroom with a shower. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the flat. Towels, a hairdryer, air conditioning and WiFi are included in the price.

This apartment is located in the Sant Andreu neighbourhood. Here, you will find lots of green areas to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun. There are plenty of supermarkets and numerous cafés and shops. You will be well connected to the rest of the city via Navas metro station (L1, red).
