Description and details

Recently renovated apartment with a bright living and dining room with 2 sofas, a TV and a dining table with 6 chairs. The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc) and also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 3 twin bedrooms with storage and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There is a spacious, private terrace where you can enjoy a home-cooked meal in the Mediterranean sun.

This apartment is located in the Sant Martí district. There are plenty of green spaces to relax in, as well as cafés, bars and restaurants. Glòries shopping centre is just a 5 minutes walk away, where you will find shops and restaurants, as well as a cinema. Universitat Pompeu Fabra is across the road from the shopping centre. You will be well connected to the rest of the city via Poblenou metro station.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
