This modern apartment has a cosy living and dining room with a sofa, TV and dining table with 4 chairs. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc). There are 2 bright twin bedrooms with storage. You can access the private terrace from the bedroom with an outdoor table and 2 chairs. There is 1 contemporary bathroom with a shower. There is also a washing machine, air conditioning and Wifi in the flat.

This apartment is located in the Sants district. You will be able to walk to the impressive Camp Nou stadium within minutes, home to the world famous FC Barcelona. There are plenty of cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area, as well as green spaces to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun. You will be well connected to the rest of the city via Badal metro station (L5, blue).

Arrivals from 15:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 20:00h have an additional charge of 50 €. Arrivals after 22:00h have an additional charge is €100. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
