This apartment is located in the area of Barceloneta. Ciutadella Park is a short walk away from the flat. There are plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants in this area, as well as Mercat de la Barceloneta where you can buy fresh food. Barceloneta beach is a 5 minute walk. You can also walk to nightclubs such as Opium and Shôko. You will be well connected to the rest of the city via Barceloneta metro station (L4, yellow).

Form of payment upon arrival: Cash. Rentals with a duration of more than 3 months will be charged on arrival for the first 2 months. The rest can be paid each month depending on the guarantees offered.

Deposit:

Upon receiving the apartment keys you will not be asked to pay any deposit.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 15:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 20:00h have an additional charge of 50 €. Arrivals after 22:00h have an additional charge is €100. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).

Credit card information is never stored on any of our systems, servers, or databases.


Are there other forms of payment protection?

To date, you can find one of the following three payment approaches used by agencies:
