Description and details

Beautiful apartment in a modern building with lift, it covers an area of 65 sq m, and is perfect for up to 6 people. It has 2 lovely bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a double sofa bed in the spacious living room – dining room, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower) with hair dryer, and a separate and perfectly equipped kitchen (plates and utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker). Linen and towels are provided and included in the price. You will also find a washing machine, dryer, iron, air conditioning, heating, WiFi, TV and DVD.

The building is located in the Eixample area, a residential neighbourhood, elegant and very quiet, away from the chaos of the centre which can be reached through the metro: the nearest stop is Sant Pau dos de Maig (blue line). The area is full of restaurants, supermarkets and bars, and within minutes you will meet two of the most important buildings of the city, the Cathedral of la Sagrada Familia, and the Hospital Sant Pau.

A tourism tax of 2.48 per person per night is not included in the price. Children aged 16 years or less are exempt. The tax is applicable up to 7 nights. The contact person takes the responsibility to collect and pay this tax.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 14:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 21:00h have an additional charge of 30 €. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 12:00 h. Departures before 08:00h have an extra charge of €30. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).

  2. Pay on arrival at the accommodation and only a small part upon reserving. Nothing else..

Where is the initial payment made?

The payment is externalized through the most secure and highly specialized online payment systems: PayPal, Skrill, and ING Direct.

Credit card information is never stored on any of our systems, servers, or databases.


Are there other forms of payment protection?

To date, you can find one of the following three payment approaches used by agencies:
