Description and details

Lovely apartment in a modern building with a lift, it covers an area of 75 m ², and is perfect to accommodate 6 people. Has 3 bedrooms, 2 single rooms and one double bed, and a sofa bed (double, too) placed in the bright living room – dining room, a complete bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, and a separate kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Linen and towels are provided and included in the price there is also washing machine, dryer, iron, air conditioning, heating, WiFi, TV, and DVD.

The building is located in the Eixample Dreta, a residential neighborhood, elegant and very quiet, what keeps some of the city's most beautiful modernist works. Central location, from here you can walk to several tourist attractions but, if you prefer, you can also enlist the aid of the underground: the nearest underground stations are Monumental and Tetuan (purple line).

Arrivals from 16:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 21:00h have an additional charge of 30 €. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 12:00 h. Departures before 08:00h have an extra charge of €30. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).

The location of the House although in Central and so convenient to all services was in a particularly quiet location.
The owners have spared on the beds excessively (nets, mattresses, etc.) and so I'm not particularly comfortable. ATTENTION! The stove and the oven does not have safety systems and so you have to make sure they are tightly closed.
