Charming apartment situated in a modern building with lift, it covers an area of 60 sq m, and has a beautiful private terrace. Perfect to accommodate 6 people, it has 2 beautiful bedrooms, one double and one twin, a double sofa bed in the spacious living – dining room, a nice bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, and a separate kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Linen and towels are provided and included in the price. There is also a washing machine, dryer, iron, air conditioning, heating, WiFi, TV and DVD.
The building is located in the Eixample Dreta, a residential district, elegant and very quiet neighbourhood that retains some of the most beautiful modernist works of Barcelona. Very well located, from here you can walk to several tourist attractions but, if you prefer, you can also take the underground: nearest stations are Monumental and Tetuan (purple line).
