Beautiful and spacious apartment of 75 m², very light and comfortable, it can get to sleep up to 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 double rooms and a sofa bed (double, too) placed in the spacious living room – dining room, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishes and utensils, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker). Linen and towels are provided, and the accommodation has all kinds of modern comforts, such as washing machine, air conditioning, heating, WiFi, a TV and an elevator.

The building is located in the Eixample Dreta district, a neighbourhood full of shapes and colours which perfectly reflects the taste of the Catalan bourgeoisie: each shop, pharmacy or sculpture is well worth a visit. It is an area with buildings like la Pedrera, Casa Batlló and Casa Ametller, very well connected to the city with public transportation: the nearest metro stations are Monumental and Sagrada Familia (purple line, or L2).
