Charming apartment of 60 m ², very bright thanks to the presence of the beautiful private terrace, is perfect for 4 people. Has 2 single bedrooms and one double bedroom, a spacious living room – dining room, a complete bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, and an independent and fully equipped kitchen (dishes and utensils, refrigerator, freezer, oven, Toaster, colanders, kettle and coffee machine). Linen and towels are provided and included in the price there is also a washing machine, air conditioning, heating, WiFi and TV.

The building is located in the District of Sagrada Familia, a residential and very quiet, far from the chaos of Central tourist. Here, you will find one of the city's most beautiful and elegant boulevards, Avinguda Gaudí, framed by two of the most emblematic buildings and important of Barcelona: the Hospital Sant Pau (declared a world heritage site), and la Sagrada Familia.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures not accepted.
