Linen and towels are provided, and the accommodation has all kinds of modern comfort, like washer, dryer, iron, air conditioning, heating, WiFi and TV.

The building is located in the Eixample Esquerra district, a quiet, residential and centric, which allows guests to walk to most of the major tourist attractions. The barrio is known on the streets aligned, the beauty of the buildings, and the modernistic style you will find in every corner, and that will leave you speechless: you feel like you are walking into an outdoor museum! A tourism tax of 2.48 per person per night is not included in the price. Children aged 16 years or less are exempt. The tax is applicable up to 7 nights. The contact person takes the responsibility to collect and pay this tax.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 15:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Later arrivals (evening) have no extra charge if arranged in advance. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
