Lovely apartment in a modern building with a lift, it covers an area of 75 m ², and is accompanied by a lovely private terrace. Perfect to accommodate 4 people and offers 2 attractive bedrooms, one double and one twin, a bright living room – dining room, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a separate kitchen and perfectly equipped (plates and utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker). Linen and towels are provided, and the accommodation has all kinds of modern comfort, like iron, air conditioning, WiFi, TV and DVD.

The building is located in the Eixample, in a residential area, quiet and elegant, the neighborhood that retains some of the city's most beautiful modernist works: believe to walk into a large outdoor architecture Museum! In the immediate vicinity you will find avinguda Gaudi, gorgeous, framed by two of the landmarks of Barcelona: the Sagrada Familia Cathedral, and the Hospital Sant Pau (declared a world heritage site). To reach the Centre, you will need approximately 15 minutes by metro: the nearest stop is Sant Pau dos de Maig (blue line).

A tourism tax of 2.48 per person per night is not included in the price. Children aged 16 years or less are exempt. The tax is applicable up to 7 nights. The contact person takes the responsibility to collect and pay this tax.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 15:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 00:00h have an additional charge of 30 €. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
