Charming apartment situated in a modern building with lift, it covers an area of 120 sq m, divided in two floors. Perfect to accommodate 4 people and has 2 beautiful bedrooms, a living room – dining room, 2 bathrooms with bathtub and hairdryer, and a separate kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Linen and towels are provided and included in the price. There is also iron, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, DVD.

The building is located in the Eixample, in a very central area, close to Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas, the Gothic district and Passeig de Gracia. The neighbourhood preserves the finest modernist works of the city, you may feel like you are walking into a large open air museum of architecture! From here, you can visit by foot the majority of the most important tourist destinations, and for everything else, you can use the metro: the nearest underground stations are Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and Urquinaona.

Tourist Tax:

A tourism tax of 2.48 per person per night is not included in the price. Children aged 16 years or less are exempt. The tax is applicable up to 7 nights. The contact person takes the responsibility to collect and pay this tax.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 15:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 00:00h have an additional charge of 30 €. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
