Linen and towels are provided and included in the price there is also iron, air conditioning, heating, WiFi and TV.

The building is located in the Gracia neighbourhood, located to the North of Barcelona, was a separate village until 1897, which still retains its independent character. A tourism tax of 2.48 per person per night is not included in the price. Children aged 16 years or less are exempt. The tax is applicable up to 7 nights. The contact person takes the responsibility to collect and pay this tax.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 15:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 00:00h have an additional charge of 30 €. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
