Charming apartment situated in a modern building with elevator, it covers an area of 85 m ², and is accompanied by a delightful private terrace. Perfect for two people and has a beautiful double bedroom, stylish living room – dining room, a complete bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, and an independent kitchen fully equipped (plates and utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker). Linen and towels are provided and included in the price there is also all kinds of modern comfort, like iron, air conditioning, heating, WiFi and TV.

The building is located in the Eixample, in a very central, close to Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas, the Gothic quarter and Passeig de Gracia. The neighborhood is what preserves the finest modernist works of the city, so much so that you feel like you are walking into a large open air Museum of architecture! From here, you can visit on foot the majority of the most important tourist destinations, and for everything else, you can use the metro: the nearest underground stations are Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and Urquinaona.

A tourism tax of 2.48 per person per night is not included in the price. Children aged 16 years or less are exempt. The tax is applicable up to 7 nights. The contact person takes the responsibility to collect and pay this tax.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 15:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 00:00h have an additional charge of 30 €. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
