Description and details

Charming apartment of 75 m² located in a modern building with a lift, it can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 3 bright double bedrooms and a double sofa bed placed in the comfortable living room – dining room, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a separate kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Linen and towels are provided, and the flat has all kinds of modern comforts, such as a washing machine, air conditioning, heating, WiFi and a TV.

The building is located in the Eixample Dreta district, the city's modernist area, with works such as la Pedrera and Casa Batlló. You feel like you are walking into an open air museum, and also you can walk to Passeig de Gracia, the most prestigious shopping avenue of Barcelona, one of Europe's finest. To get downtown, you can instead use public transportation: the nearest metro stations are Monumental (purple line) and Sagrada Familia (blue and lilac).

Form of payment upon arrival: Cash. Rentals with a duration of more than 3 months will be charged on arrival for the first 2 months. The rest can be paid each month depending on the guarantees offered.

Upon receiving the apartment keys you will be asked to pay a deposit of € 300.

Payment method: Cash or Credit card. Refund: Last day in the accommodation.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 14:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 21:00h have an additional charge of 25 €. Arrivals after 23:00h have an additional charge is €40. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Departures before 08:30h have an extra charge of €25. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).

Where is the initial payment made?

The payment is externalized through the most secure and highly specialized online payment systems: PayPal, Skrill, and ING Direct.

Credit card information is never stored on any of our systems, servers, or databases.


Are there other forms of payment protection?

To date, you can find one of the following three payment approaches used by agencies:

  • Pay nothing in advance but give and store your card details. Owners then have the power to make charges (Booking.com).
  • Pay everything in advance and store your card details (Airbnb).
