The building is located in the Eixample Dreta, a residential neighborhood, elegant and very quiet, located quite centrally located but at the same time, far from the tourist hustle of Gothic. In 10 minutes on foot from Passeig de Gracia, considered one of the most beautiful avenues in Europe, as well as the shopping street in Barcelona, where you will find the splendid buildings of Gaudi. From here, you can get to Plaza Catalunya, and then the Rambla, very easily, and so several of the most important tourist destinations: for everything else, you can take the metro. The nearest station is Tetuan (purple line).
