Beautiful apartment in a modern building with lift, it covers an area of 70 sq m, and is perfect for up to 5 people. It has 3 bedrooms, one single, one double and one twin, a large living room – dining room, a bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, and a separate and perfectly equipped kitchen (plates and utensils, refrigerator, freezer, oven and microwave). Linen and towels are provided and included in the price. There is also a washing machine, iron, air conditioning, heating, WiFi and TV.
The building is located in the Eixample Dreta, a residential and very quiet district, located quite centrally but at the same time, far from the tourist hustle of the Gothic area. A 10-minute walk from Passeig de Gracia, one of the most beautiful avenues in Europe, as well as the shopping street par excellence of Barcelona, where you will find the splendid works of Gaudi, Casa Batlló and la Pedrera. From here, you can get to Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas, very easily, and so many of the most important tourist destinations: for everything else, you can take the metro. The nearest station is Tetuan (purple line).
