Has 3 bedrooms, two doubles and a single bedroom, a large living room – dining room, a complete bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishes and utensils, refrigerator, freezer, oven and microwave). Linen and towels are provided and included in the price there is also a washing machine, iron, air conditioning, heating, WiFi and TV.
The building is located in the Eixample area, a residential and very quiet, located quite centrally located but at the same time, far from the tourist hustle of Gothic. A 10-minute walk from Passeig de Gracia, one of the most beautiful avenues in Europe, as well as the shopping street par excellence of Barcelona, where you will find the splendid buildings of Gaudi. From here, you can get to Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas, so very easily, and so many of the most important tourist destinations: for everything else, you can take the metro. The nearest station is Tetuan (purple line).
