This modern apartment of 60 m2 is located in the Eixample Dret neighborhood, next to the Sagrada Familia. It has a double bedroom, spacious living room with a flat screen TV, comfortable double sofa bed and one sofa. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hop and fridge with freezer, kettle, coffie maker. There is a dining area in the kitchen with a dinning table for 4 persons. From the kitchen you have direct access to the private terrace of 20 m2. The bathroom is fitted out with toilet and a shower. As additional amenities there is a washing machine, and iron with iron board, hairdryer, linen, towels, central heating, elevator, air-conditiong and a high-speed Internet connection.This apartment is cleaned by a professional cleaning service.

The apartment is located in the Eixample Dret district, just a few minutes stroll from the Sagrada Familia Cathedral. Here you will find lots of designer shops, bars and restaurants, this is home to three stunning examples of the modernist movement, La Pedrera, Casa Battlo and Casa Amatller. The closest metro stops are Monumental and Sagrada Familia are only five minutes away from your front door and take you to the heart of the city in less than ten minutes. Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
