Charming apartment of 70 sq m, spacious and very bright. It has a beautiful private terrace overlooking the city where you can relax. Perfect for 6 people, has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a sofa bed in the spacious living room – dining room, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a separate kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender. Linen and towels are provided. The accomodation has all kinds of modern comfort such as air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dryer, iron, WiFi, DVD, TV and, if desired, a private car park.The building has a lift, important factor being on the eighth floor!

The building is located in Eixample Esquerre, a strategic area from which you can walk to all of the sights of Barcelona. One of them, Passeig de Gracia, is considered as one of the most beautiful avenues in Europe, which has many fancy restaurants, tapas bars and shops. The neighbourhood is very well connected to the rest of the city, the nearest metro stations are Urgell and Rocafort.
