Deposit:

Upon receiving the apartment keys you will be asked to pay a deposit of € 1640.

Payment method: Cash. Refund: Between 15 and 45 days after departure.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 14:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 22:00h have an additional charge of 30 €. Arrivals after 00:00h have an additional charge is €40. Weekends and/or public holidays arrivals have an extra charge of €30. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures not accepted.

Where is the initial payment made?

The payment is externalized through the most secure and highly specialized online payment systems: PayPal, Skrill, and ING Direct.

Credit card information is never stored on any of our systems, servers, or databases.


Are there other forms of payment protection?

To date, you can find one of the following three payment approaches used by agencies:
