This recently renovated apartment has a cosy living and dining room with a sofa, TV and dining table with 4 chairs. The patio doors lead out onto a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, freezer, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc). The apartment has 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom with twin beds as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. Towels are included in the price.

This flat is located in the Eixample Esquerre district. Joan Miró Park is a short walk away, as well as Plaça d’Espanya, where you will also find Las Arenas shopping centre with plenty of shops and restaurants as well as a 360º view of the city from the rooftop terrace. You will be well connected to the rest of the city via Sants metro and train station.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
