Recently renovated apartment with a bright living and dining room with 2 comfortable sofas, a TV and a dining table with 4 chairs. The independent kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc) and comes with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom with storage. The flat has 1 contemporary bathroom with a shower, towels and a hairdryer, as well as a small balcony.

This apartment is located in the Eixample Esquerre district. Joan Miró Park is a short distance away, as well as Plaça d’Espanya and the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc. Here, you will also find Las Arenas shopping centre with numerous shops, restaurants, a cinema and a 360º view of Barcelona from the rooftop terrace. You will be well connected to the rest of the city via Rocafort metro station (line 1, red).

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
