Modern apartment with a spacious living and dining room with 2 sofas, a TV and a dining table with 6 chairs. The independent kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc) and comes with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 single bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with storage and fold away desks. The flat has 2 bathrooms with showers and hairdryers.

This apartment is located in the Poble Sec district. Plaça d’Espanya is a 5 minute walk away, as well as the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc. Las Arenas shopping centre is 5 minutes away, where you will find shops, restaurants and a 360º view of the city from the rooftop terrace. You will be well connected to the rest of the city via Poble Sec metro station (line 3, green).

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 15:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 20:00h have an additional charge of 50 €. Arrivals after 22:00h have an additional charge is €100. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
