Description and details

Delicious small apartment of 60 m ², bright and furnished with care and in a modern style and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a double sofa bed located in the living room – dining room, 2 complete bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath (both with hairdryer), and an American kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Toaster, Nespresso machine and coffee machine. Linen and towels are provided, and also the House has all kinds of modern comfort, such as washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, heating, WiFi, TV, DVD, bicycles and elevator.

The building is located in the Raval, a central, dynamic and multicultural area, full of restaurants, shops and clubs, even clubs. The location is strategic, just bordering the Rambla, Boqueria market, a short walk from Plaza Catalunya, and an infinite number of other tourist attractions.
