Description and details

Beautiful small apartment of 60 m ², bright and furnished with great care and in a modern style and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a double sofa bed located in the living room – dining room, 2 complete bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath (and hair), and a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Toaster, Nespresso machine and coffee machine. Linen and towels are provided, and the House has all kinds of modern comfort, such as washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, heating, WiFi, TV, DVD, bicycles and elevator.

The building is located in the Raval, a central, dynamic and multicultural environment, full of restaurants, shops and clubs, even clubs. The location is strategic, just bordering the Rambla, Boqueria market, a short walk from Plaza Catalunya, and a great number of other tourist attractions. Upon receiving the apartment keys you will be asked to pay a deposit of € 300.

Payment method: Cash or Credit card. Refund: Last day in the accommodation.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 14:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 20:00h have an additional charge of 25 €. Arrivals after 23:00h have an additional charge is €40. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
